When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days of when they're placed. For unique needs it can take up to 3 business days before being shipped. Orders placed before 1pm PST will ship out the same day. Orders shipping out via UPS Ground should arrive within 3-7 business days.

Where is my order?
Registered customers can check their order status by logging in to their account. For additional questions our customer service team can help 8am-4pm PDT on business days by calling (657) 203-8020
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancel an order. Orders can no longer be changed or cancelled once an order has shipped.
Does Evergreen offer international shipping?
At this time Evergreen does not offer international shipping.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 24 business hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed the next following business day. Orders placed M-F before 11 AM PDT should be processed the same day.
I did not receive my purchase confirmation email or shipping confirmation email. What do I do?
Please check your spam, trash and promotions folders in your email. If you still cannot locate your shipping or confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team at support@evergreencases.com
Can I buy a gift card?
At this time, we do not offer Gift Cards.
Will I receive notification or a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes. Evergreencases.com will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
How do I return a product?
Evergreen accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase only if the purchase was made directly through Evergreencases.com. For additional information, please see our Warranty & Return Policy
Can I purchase a Evergreen product in person?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup for orders.
My items arrived damaged! What do I do?
If you receive an order and it is damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer service team at support@evergreencases.com. You must reach out to our customer service team within 30 days and must have visual proof of the damage/defect. Photographs of the package the item was shipped in will also be greatly appreciated. Why isn't my order processing?
We're sorry for any issues you're experiencing in purchasing on our website. Here's a few possible reasons your order may not be processing:
- The billing address on the order does not match the billing address where your card statement is mailed to.
- Unavailable funds on your card.
- The CSC number is missing or incorrect
- Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
I've sent in the requested information for my warranty claim. When will I receive my replacement?
For general warranty claims, it will take approximately 10-15 days to receive your replacement after your warranty claim has been processed and verified.
Replacements for damaged or defective items purchased within 30 days on Evergreencases.com will be delivered 5-10 days after your claim has been processed.
Will I be able to track my order? If so, how do I track it?
Of course! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can enter the tracking number at ups.com. Please note that it can take 1-2 days after a shipment has left our facility for tracking information to update.
Do you have a price matching policy?
At this time, we do not offer pricing matching on orders placed through the Evergreencases.com website.
What methods of payment does Evergreencases.com accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
What do I do if my promotion code doesn't work?
Verify that you entered in the promotion code exactly as shown in the email you received. Additionally, verify that your promo code falls within the valid date specified. If the code is still not working after verifying it has been entered in correctly and is within the valid promo period, please contact our Customer Service at (657) 203-8020 or support@evergreencases.com
Can I ship my order to someone else as a gift or to a different address?
Orders can be shipped to an address other than the billing address. During the checkout process when filling out your billing address, select the option "Use a different billing address". Then proceed to enter in the correct billing address for your card.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are only issued after receiving back damaged or defective items. Once these items are received, accessed and a refund is approved, please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed. If you do not see a refund within 10 days of Evergreen receiving your return, please reach out to our Customer Service team at (657) 203-8020
