Our Commitment
Evergreen Cases is committed to making evergreencases.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to learn about our products, place orders, and reach our team — regardless of how they use the web.
Conformance Standard
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.
What We Are Doing
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Our current and ongoing work includes:
- Reviewing site code, page templates, and product images for accessibility issues during routine site updates
- Providing descriptive alternative text for product imagery
- Ensuring keyboard navigation is supported throughout the storefront and checkout
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast in our brand design system
- Testing core flows (browsing, product detail pages, cart, checkout) with screen readers
- Working with vendors (Shopify, theme developers, embedded review and chat tools) to address accessibility gaps in third-party components
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of our site may not be fully accessible. This can happen when third-party tools, legacy product imagery, or older content has not yet been remediated. We continue to identify and fix these gaps and welcome reports of any barriers you encounter.

Third-Party Content
Our site uses third-party services such as Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment processors, embedded reviews, and analytics. While we work with these providers on accessibility, we do not control their underlying code. If you encounter an accessibility issue with a specific third-party feature, please let us know so we can raise it with the vendor or provide an alternative.
Formal Complaints
We take accessibility complaints seriously. If we are unable to resolve your concern through customer support, you may submit a written complaint to the address below. We will acknowledge receipt within five business days and respond substantively within 30 days.
