QUESTIONS
Order by Dec 15 for delivery by Christmas. Orders ship by UPS Ground, which usually arrives 3–7 business days after the package leaves us. We are closed December 24, 25 and 31.
Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days. In our busiest weeks it can take a little longer, so order by Dec 15 for Christmas. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday ship the next business day, and you get UPS tracking by email when it leaves us.
Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout, then choose "Use a different billing address" and enter the billing address for your card.
Not at this time. We ship within the US only.
Unused items in new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email support@evergreencases.com for a Return Authorization number before you ship it back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping is non-refundable.
Every Evergreen hard case has a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. Leather camera slings have a 1-year limited warranty. Leather camera straps are not covered by a warranty.

The SE52 is the smallest micro case and floats with under 0.5 lb inside. The SE56 has an 8.4 x 4.4 x 2.3 in. interior and floats with under 3 lbs. The SE57 adds an inch of depth over the SE56, the SE58 is just over 4 in. deep inside, and the SE59 is the deepest of the micro series.
