Are the cases waterproof?

Almost every Evergreen ammo case is rated IP67, which means waterproof to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes; each product page lists its rating. They are also crushproof and made in the USA.

Can the cases be locked?

The 56, 57 and 58 ammo cases and the EDC Case™ dry boxes use a Twist Lock latch you lock with the included key. The 230 cases have a molded padlock hole.

Got ammo for Christmas? What is the best way to store it?

Sealed, dry and sorted by caliber. An IP67 case keeps out water and dust, and the ARIDZone™ versions add a desiccant that pulls out moisture already inside. Store one caliber per case so the count stays easy to check.
