FAQ

Card collector gift questions

What is a good gift for a Pokémon card collector?

Start with what they keep their best cards in. For graded slabs, the Graded Deck Box (56) holds 5 and costs $40. For a sleeved Pokémon TCG deck, the Sleeved Deck Box (58) holds 90 deck-sleeved cards with adjustable dividers (or 180 penny sleeves). Both are IP67 waterproof and lock with a key.

What do you get an adult Pokémon card collector?

Someone with a real graded collection gets the most use from the 720 PRO Deck Case ($200). It is listed for 130 PSA slabs, and its display lid shows 8 slabs face-out. For a collector who travels to card shows, the Large Pro Deck Case ($250) rolls up to 205 graded slabs.

What is a good gift for a baseball or sports card collector?

The Graded Deck Box (57) holds 9 PSA slabs, or 6 BGS, 6 CGC or 7 TAG (SGC slabs are too tall for it) for $44. If their cards live in magnetic One-Touch holders instead, the Slab Deck Box (59) holds 25 of them.

Will their PSA, BGS, SGC or CGC slabs fit?

The 57 holds 9 PSA, 6 BGS, 6 CGC or 7 TAG slabs; SGC slabs are too tall for it. The 56 holds 5 PSA slabs. The 720 PRO is listed for 130 PSA, 88 BGS, 130 SGC or 94 CGC slabs, and the Large Pro Deck Case holds up to 205 graded slabs. The 58 and 59 are not made for graded slabs; they hold top-loaders and penny sleeves upright.

Can they lock the case?

The deck boxes have a keyed twist-lock latch, and the 56 ships with 2 keys. The 720 PRO and the Large Pro Deck Case do not have locking latches; the 720 has TSA padlock eyelets and the Large Pro has reinforced padlock holes, so they can add their own padlock.

When do I need to order for Christmas?

Order by Dec 15 for delivery before Christmas. Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days; in our busiest weeks it can take a little longer, so earlier is safer.

What if the case ever breaks?

Every case here is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
